Featured The Early 20th Century Seen in Real Color

This is the first time I've heard of the Autochrome process.

 

Interesting. I had to look it up though, my brain can't process speed talking, in any language. Thanks for making me look it up.

 

I'd seen that this was available on YouTube but hadn't watched it. There are a lot of old photograph videos, but they usually show b&w photos, then adding modern colorization (and sometimes animating). I imagined this was another of those. Glad you posted it.

@Any Jewelry, did you know you can click on the little icon at the bottom of the video that looks like a 'white wheel' - it's for settings - THEN click on 'Playback Speed' and select what you're comfortable with!!....slows down the speech VERY NICELY when I'm watching a tutorial that the instructor is talking WAAAY too fast for me!!!

Neither did I for a while.....I got tired of backing up the videos, then started looking around!!!!

 

You can also turn off the sound and press the CC for Closed Caption and read along, should work at slower speed too.
