Swirl Glass Tazza - Fostoria Colony? Baccarat? or ?

This pink glass tazza is absolutely identical in dimensions and form to a Baccarat rose teinte one that I have. The only difference I can find is the color and the numbers 08 (or 80) impressed in the center bottom (that's a bubble to the right of the 0). There's also a bit of ash trapped inside the foot.

Just over 5 3/4" top diameter, 2 1/8" high, foot is 2 1/2" in diameter.

I didn't think Colony was made in colors. I've had Baccarat swirl in several colors but don't recall a pale pink.

    Any thoughts on maker?

No help here, just want to say it doesn't have the quality of Baccarat or Fostroria. Those mold lines would be polished out and the surface seems rough :(

Thanks, Marie. I collect the Baccarat rose teinte tors line, and the tazza has the same mold lines on the foot, even though it's marked. I suspect this pink one may be German, though, probably a Baccarat copy.

Yes colony was made in colors. I just sold a green colony bud vase.

The poor quality may be due to the fact the molds were purchased by Lancaster. Lancaster continued to make Colony.

Verify what I just wrote. I'm going off an old and tired brain that sometimes mixes up facts.
