Wondering if anyone has an idea of the who/where/what/when/composition? Made a nice new contact recently who sold this to me cheap. No delusion of big value here but I’m a sucker for a figural finial. Just wondering about it as it’s not marked. Looks like pewter but also kind of looks like quadruple plate without its plate. There’s not a speck of plate even in the nooks though so that’s unlikely. Is it a butter dish missing a liner? Something else? American made? Reed & Barton have a stein or pitcher or something with a very similar looking swan but it would be marked if it was theirs I’d think.

    Edit: prob about 5” across top. F79E506A-5AEC-4D26-889F-2C480B53ECC2.jpeg 4877A025-4B57-4C22-AD3A-B97AAF05975D.jpeg DECA4698-BF7F-49AE-A384-90A932291490.jpeg
