I was trying to find any thread on straw marquetry using the search function but getting no results.

I know there is plenty of info online about it.

Does anyone knew of any straw marquetry pieces being shown or discussed here ?
If so, could you direct me to that discussion, please.

Try straw work, that is the usual name. I do not recall any threads on the topic but the net in general should have plenty. The most sought after is French prisoner of war straw-work from around 1800-1815.

I have read a few articles (in English) about her - what a great story ! The Viollet family of Atelier Viollet is another great story. There's also a design house in Thailand (Alexander Lamont) producing such work. There seems to be renewed interest and a resurgence in the art but it seems also that it is beyond affordability for many - if not most - people. Perhaps the small vintage/antique pieces are actually the most affordable.
Here's a link to a page listing straw artisans. (I have no affiliation with the company that presents the page).
