Storage Find,Strange Looking Stainless Steel Covered Pot?

This item came out of another storage I bought.I have no idea what this item is.Covered stainless large pot ,top has some type of sweepers that look like a beater is the only way I can describe it.Any idea of what this is.

It's a chicken plucker. Googling will show lots of them.

 

I'm not sure what this pot is but I was informed by 2 other people that it is Weed Marijuana Leaf Pot Cannabis Hemp Stainless pot.I found a handle in the storage I brought that fit on top to turn the top. I'm still not sure.It's not like the chicken plucker.

@antiquelover69 Doesn't run on electricity - you are missing the handle that goes on the top to turn it with.

edit: looks like you already mentioned you have the handle.
