Stone? Candlestick

I always try to check them in case there is something I’m completely ignorant of.

    This week it’s a small candle holder. It looks to be made of carved stone. It has a label with references on the bottom. They mean nothing to me. Can anybody help?

    Believe this is a Kisii stone (soapstone) carving from Kenya.

    Agree with Brad and Aaron; but I do love a mystery, such as the label.
    Upon reflection, I think it refers to the object as a "wee willie winkie" style candlestick, with figures of plants and animals.
    Which would make sense, sort of, if one thought of a fish as an animal.
