I am wondering if the cracks in the stone are natural to it, or damage. Thanks!

I can't see an artist using a stone that protrudes out of the surface like that. Those cracks seem very linear too. I vote for damage, but my guess is based on having many turquoise bracelets not expertise.

They look more like deliberate cuts than natural fractures, as though that square section had been pieced in. It does look like it belongs there. Maybe stone fractured during the making & this is a repair by the artisan?

looks like a hit to the silver...lower right corner......that could have bust the stone up..

I'm also thinking this item was swiftly made....;)

How fast is "swiftly"? Looks like it would have taken a normal time with the construction involved.

    Seriously....
it's sloppy, the side patches are poorly designed and carved out quickly with no thought to balance and symmetry ..... it's only two bands, and the wire around the stone setting is rushed and not well placed....and the bezel is folded roughly over a poor quality stone..........
