Sterling silver presentation piece Soldiers

Hiya all, I saw this at an antique store, I believe it is all Sterling silver, approximately 18" tall. Forgot to get a clear photo of the plaque. Any ideas?

The plaque is sterling silver, assayed in Sheffield in 2005 and with the sponsor's mark of Camelot Silver, a Sheffield company. The figures don't look like silver - possibly pewter? If silver they must have a hallmark.

Mag is of October 2015, when he retired after 33 years service.
So in 2005 it would have been 22/23 years, which fits the plaque

I agree that it's likely only the plaque is sterling.
Is the figure itself marked at all?

 

I don't know, looking at the company's products I would think it was silver. It had a hefty price tag. I just posted purely out of curiosity.

Most likely only the plaque was made by Camelot.
