Sterling Napkin Rings France Mark Help

Hi,
2 napkin rings with a mark that I'm trying to figure out.
They have the Minerva head mark with 1 for 950 silver, the other mark has DR Paris and 3 other little marks that I can't make out.
Any information appreciated.

If that is a domino in the middle then probably the maker's mark of D. Russel. Think he is also known as Claude Doutre Roussel. He used several marks with them all usually having a domino or double 2 domino on them

Yes, it is a domino Funny how it looked like a blob with dots to me but now I can clearly see the domino.
