Featured Sterling Napkin ring, help with mark please.

I really thought this was plated as I bought it with a plated Falstaff dish but upon cleaning I found this Sterling silver mark. I really thought it would be easy to ID because of the star but no, I can’t find anything with the symbol in the star centre and the strange boomerang. It’s 2ins dia and 1inch high. Thanks for any help.

I have actually had one of these napkin rings in the past, and I have seen that mark before, but I don't know any of the history behind it. Whatever the OP found out is more than likely correct, though.
