I splurged a little, but I also scored majorly on silver!
Its always fun to find something the dealer missed, I got the 3 big bracelets and the oval brooch from a jewelry dealer's costume box, which is rare here. 8 euros total, all sterling except the copper one! The two bracelets are 49 grams. :joyful:

At other stalls: The ring, twisty bracelet, necklace and bracelet combo, and black pendant are all 925.

I love this chique lady, signed L'Officiel, which is apparently a magazine.

Same stall had this for 50 cents, its got a little mark on it that I can't quite make out. Seems like SI something (C?), GE. Terrible photo but can't seem to get a good one. I'll try again tomorrow.
Just saw the photo up close and realized the name tags are a clue. Ric and Rac are terriers created by illustrator Pol Rab for a newspaper between 1929 and 1944. I found an exact one, but its a brooch not a pendant. Pol Rab is actually signed on the far left foot, just half rubbed off on mine. The brooch dates to the 20s, do I have an antique here?

I'm trying very hard to make this silver, but I can't quite do it. What tipped me off was this almost oil sheen tarnish on it, which is also on two brooches I have that are marked but gold tone/plated. I took some polish to the back of one of the legs and it cleaned right up. It looks to have a mark, but its been so messed up its impossible to read. Oddly, there seems to be some sort of foil on it, a piece came off of the pin thats silver on one side and copper colored on the inside, a bigger piece come off but I've not found from where it came.
I found a listing that's verryyy similar, except mine doesn't have rhinestones except the eyes. Its marked Oleg Cassini 1964. Do I have a copy? Or was this a popular shape? Did the signature plaque come off?

Look at this big brutalist beauty :singing:

Its beautiful and I love it, but its far too small for even my petite wrists. It'd be fine once on, its getting there thats the issue. Not sure if the two silver knobs are gold rubbed off, or on purpose, but I like the tri tone effect. I picked it up because its marked with a lion on one side, are there any light bulbs going off with this?

Anddd this lovely brooch. Its marked 925, in a modern sort of way. Is this tarnish or is this supposed to be this dark? It seems very even all over. I saw someone have a moonstone and thought hey I should have one too! :hilarious:
Also: WHAT is actually being depicted here?

Oleg Cassini became a household name when he started designing for Jackie Kennedy in the early 1960s. Give slight variation in design and quality, I would think a knock-off.

the ring looks like mixed metal.....no rubbing off...

the pendant could be a cicada on a branch in the moonlight.......
    or
    nothing at all...!!

Can't really tell, but did someone paint a Covid mask on your lady pin? I like the pin and the mask wouldn't bother me either.

Oh yes I see! It'd be nice if it was mixed metal, so the tri tone is genuine.

Haha thank you all for the suggestions on that brooch! I like the night scene interpretation, I'm quite partial to the moon and nighttime in general.

I just checked and no there is no mask, she just has a rather flat face which made the shadows all wonky in the photos. Imagine if someone had though! That'd be fun to own.
