Stately 16th century house reduced to ruins

    Hi,
    Could not watch it all. I hate fires that does that. Horrible to say the least.

    And now it belongs to the ages.............I cannot imaging anyone going to the extent of trying to recover and restore that immense a "home"!!!! How horrible!!!!

    That's really sad. Wood interior plus all the wax/oil over the years plus one good spark and.... I'd imagine there isn't much of anything left to save.
