(Stamped China) man with bird figurine

Small figurine just under 5" high or so, curious about age (thinking 20th century but can't narrow it down beyond that). Hard to see but stamped "China".

Anyone run across similar? Thanks.

This is just a small figure that caught my eye, was kind of keeping it rather than resale, but never really knew much about it.
