Welcome to the forum A.B., thank you for your kind offer.
We regularly see Kashmiri and Rajasthani papier-mâché on the forum. Other Indian-Pakistani items as well. Any insight is appreciated.

Welcome! Lovely to have another experienced person on board. We seem to be filling in our "Who to go to" gaps...................now, if we could only find someone who could cure old age issues without an office visit, we'd be in great shape................

Well, actually, if we were in great shape, we wouldn't need the cures now, would we???? Ach! Another of life's conundrums..........

Is there anyone who could translate Arabic writing to English
on 2 boxes I have? I took pictures of the script.

I'm not sure. But the best way to find out is to start a thread in the Antiques Discussion Forum, making sure your title includes "Arabic Translation."

Are the boxes Kashmiri, with Koranic texts?
As you probably know, Arabic script is used for a lot of languages, often with some modificaton. If the language is also Arabic, you could try abdel, I believe he is Moroccan, which means he is likely to be able to read Arabic.
If it is Farsi, Urdu, Jawi or another language, I don't know of anyone here who can help.
