    That would be what this site is all about.

    Select the appropriate forum, post good photos, tell us what you already know & ask your questions. Include as many details as possible.

    The biggest problem people have is getting photos under 1MB. Most common way for people using their camera phones is to email them to yourself as size medium - that often resizes them correctly.

    Nice spoon Hi2022, and very French.
    I see some yellow spots in your last photo, which make me think it is silver plated. It seems to have age though.
    The mark is a French maker's mark.

    It means the metal (brass) underneath is coming through because of wear to the silver layer.

    The rectangular shape of the maker's mark does indicate silver plated.

    I don't know. I have nothing to compare this to. I am very far from you and am not a seller. Check possible sources closer to you for other silverplated spoons of similar design and age.
