Found this today. The Flag is the Flag of Norway. The carving is some kind of bone...is this Inuit? Not sure if the figure is a bird. Interesting estate find. The base measures 5" long and is 2 1/4" at its widest point. the figure is 3 1/2" tall. The metal flagpole is about 12" long.
