    Welcome,

    I took them from the gallery where no one goes.
    I cropped them and reduced the size from 4000mb to below 800mb

    Its best if you reduce the size in future and embed your pictures in your post by clicking "Upload a File"

    Looks like some of a puller to remove something on a shaft, and the inner part is probably to hold it when it pulls it off. Similar ones are used to pull clock and watch hands off, but this one way too big for anything like that. It may have been one designed for a specific part on a machine. Number on the bottom could be a model number or just a property number.
