Some old knives

    While we're on the subject...my mother was an Army cook and then opened a restaurant after she got out of the service in the 1950s. She had LOTS of knives and other big utensils. The big guy is 15" long. I do use some of her knives and her cleaver, which is a nice old one. Solidly made. These have been put away for awhile. IMG_3386 (800x475).jpg
