Some Kind of Art Silk Screen Print?

    Measures 15" x 18". Back is really attached. No dots on this print. Could it be a silk screen print? It is signed but mostly behind the matte. Looks like it may be signed Laura Gi35.N Anyone recognize this style?

    Looks like it could have been made for an advertisement, or a magazine illustration. The scene is Hongkong imo. Stylized.

    The tower in the centre is the Bank of China Tower in Hongkong. I just checked, it was built in 1989.

    Johnny, it is out of the frame. It is glued to the matte.
