Featured Solid lead toy clown

    I’ve got quite a few of the British hollowcast lead figures but I don’t think this is by any of the usual suspects. He’s solid not hollow.
    Possibly a cake decoration with the spike on the back- after all who doesn’t want lead in their birthday cake!:mask::hilarious:
    The extra bit of metal on his leg is blank.
    Any ideas who may have made this figure please?
    About 3inches tall. That’s just a hair band he’s balanced on.
