    Well I don't know, but I'll give you this....you sure come across some weird ass stuff !:confused::confused::wacky::wacky:

    It really looks half baked !

    I know but I cannot help it. I guess I am attracted by weird things.
    Maybe French in origin? Maybe the cross and the band decoration can give any clues? I am not even sure which way to look at the mark.

    It's a Maltese cross.
