Small lidded jar

    Does anyone have any idea what this is? Thank you!

    Measures 4.5" wide and 2.5" tall.

    Looks a bit like Gouda Pottery, although that is usually more patterned.

    Yes, it is a bit Gouda meets De Stijl, which isn't inconceivable.
    Very nice and unusual.

    It'd probably be pretty small for a bean pot, with room enough for perhaps a single can of beans.

    Looks about right size for a sugar bowl.

    I'm sorry I don't know who made it. The Dutch seem very good at marking their pieces so sometimes if something looks "Gouda like", it's Japanese.
