Small Green Glass Vase or Candle holder

    Hello Everyone - working on clearing the dining room table again! I've got this green vase with a clear base. Might be a candle holder. Stands 6" tall and 1 7/8" across the base. It's seems nicely done - no mold seams and good glass quality. I don't think it's blown. No ring when tapped. Any help identifying a manufacturer would be much appreciated. Thank you!
