Capacity ~16 oz. 5 1/2" high, 5" wide, 2 3/4" thick. UV turns it smoky/clear. Light wear on foot rim, mouth ID 7/8". Poison is a guess based on color an' cross-hatch pattern; I know almost nothing about bottles. Is this a re-pop, or vintage? Can a maker be determined? Thanks for lookin'!

I've seen this shape referred to as a flask.
There are similar signed reproductions made for the MMA gift shop, (Metropolitain Museum of Art).
The interesting thing about your is, there appears to be ash in the glass near the mouth. That translates as old to me. I've never seen ash in an MMA reproduction.
