    I don't own this (yet)
First wanted to see what the glassies here can tell me about this.
    Google Lens.jpeg
It's small (didn't measure it, but I think it's around 12cm), very thin and light.
With Google lens and further searches to similar items, I get a few vintage Murano, Seguso, Lafiore scavo vases, but no exact matches.

Looks intriguing. I would also have bought it (if the price was good)

Hm. Jordanian and Israeli glass is very thin and fine. So too is some Roman glass. I would very much like to see this thing properly.

    LaFiore glass is quite solid.

Thanks for your replies. I didn't buy it (yet), thinking it was just some modern piece. I've had it in my hands a couple of times, and every time I ended up leaving the store without it ... It's been there for over a month. With my luck, it will probably be gone  But if it's still there the next time I visit the store, I will buy it.
Even if it isn't worth much money, it will still be worth the fun seeing what you peeps will be able to tell me about this piece :)

Seems to me you've had your luck...Pray to the gods that matter; go in there an' score this for yourself. Then thank your gods...an' wallow in your good fortune!

it's 10 cm (not 12)(I know ...men and measurements )
And to my surprise, what looked like a simple stamped ornament, turns out to be enamel. It's so small (and the "light" in the store didn't help either) that I only discovered that with the use of a loupe.

Dunno about 'enamel' but that wee feature sure looks like a section of a chevron bead, to me anyway.

To me too. Not Murano/Venetian though, the pattern is too irregular imo.

    That’s old as dirt. I don’t think it’s a chevron bead slice, I think it’s a relatively primitive murrine.

    Got any decent museums near?

Marote lives close to Leiden, he could ask in the Rijksmuseum van Oudheden, State Museum of Antiquities, there.

Sounds perfect. I’d be asking the portable antiquities service here, but I don’t think you’ve an equivalent.
