Small Glass Creamer or Whatever it is

Looking for help on this small glass creamer or whatever it is. Stands 1 3/8" tall and measures 3 7/8" long. Has a few markings and says Table Dessert and Tea.

 

See the lines on the glass?
It's a tablespoon/teaspoon measure.

Don't know how old. Do know I've had one floating around that I use for the last umpteen years.

I use mine for medicine.
