Small gilt decorated dish geometric pattern, where from?

    I think the body of this is stainless steel? Unmarked... the pattern is quite intricately done, and appears to be hand applied. Any idea where from?

    4.75 inches (12 cm) in diameter. 3 small feet on the underside.
