Small decorated vase with silver rim

    Picked this up earlier. I would have left it but for the hallmark on the rim, which made me think it might have something about it. Think it is early 20th C.

    It has DC on it, possibly Douglas Clock. M for 1911.

    Airbrushed, which was a thing in the early twentieth.

    Okay cool thanks. I couldn't see any brush strokes and it didn't look like transfers either which had me wondering.... There also seem to be some finger prints on some of the flowers.
