Small censer. Age/origin guesses?

This is a tiny bronze censer only about 2” tall. I assumed it was Chinese but the decoration doesn’t look typical to me the more I look at it. Appears it has some age on it. I don’t imagine its too old but you never know. Figured some extra eyes on it may help.

Edit: I was thinking potentially Korean but really only because when something doesn’t look totally Chinese or Japanese to me it seems to end up being Korean.

 

Poor casting and appearance suggests it isn't particularly old. Don't recognize the decoration.
