Small 2004 Watercolor Do you know location or artist?

    I picked this up at a flea market. It is a watercolor and measures 7 inches by 5 7/8 inches. Can't make heads or tails of the writing on the back except the date and possibly Apo ami, if that is what it is, is "miss me" in Bangla. Any ideas?
