    Perhaps Nybro or Glasbruk? I searched, and Nybro has a frosted polar bear on an iceberg, but was unable to find your sculpture.

    I'm not sure there is a studio called Glasbruk, since glasbruk is Swedish for glassworks so essentially it would be Glassworks Glassworks as a studio name, which doesn't really make sense.

    Not sure who made it, not sure I'm getting a Scandinavian vibe to it either, but I could well be wrong on that.

    My first thought was "Franklin mint" ,they used to put out some very nice quality things in their day.
