    many information on it would be great, there seems to be a lot of conflicting information when I look up the serial number so any help on year and potential value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

    It's a Singer 128 from 1910. Hand-cranked vibrating-shuttle model, and it's missing the slide-plate (a very common problem for some reason).

    Assuming it has (or you can find) all the necessary parts, it can be made to work again. You just need fresh needles, and a hell of a lot of oil.
