    Are you in the UK?

There is lots of info on these machines online.
Don’t contact Singer as they don’t hold the old machine info anymore because of so much elsewhere.
@Shangas can help so wait for him. :)

I'm in Canada! I know it is from 1922 but not much else at this point.

So far my googling skills have not brought me any closer to finding a cord but I am not giving up yet :>

Fingers crossed Shangas has some advice on where to source one.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Not sure if these places have cords old enough, but you might want to check:

The above has this list of cords for all sorts of models:
    http://www.sewingmachineparts.net/cords.html

This one says they have a "sewing machine junk yard" where they can look for older parts:

Both of the above places are in the United States.

This is in British Columbia, Canada: https://www.stitchintheditch.com/Vintage-Machine-Parts-s/1108.htm

You guys would have to tag me in a thread like this, wouldn't you?

Regarding missing power cords, your best bet is to hunt one down on the intrawebz. Other things (bobbins, knee-levers, drive-belts etc) can be sourced from flea-markets or whipped up homemade in some way. But this, you'd have to get from some sort of supplier or electrician who has rewired these old machines.

If you don't want to do that, one alternative is to make it a hand-cranked machine. You'll need to buy a few things (relatively easily found on eBay), and make a couple of adjustments to the machine (again relatively easy). But it's up to you if you want an electric or manual machine.

Most collectors that I know, and I know quite a few - would probably change it over to a manual machine, not being ones to trust their lives to 90-year-old electrical circuits.

Thanks guys I have lots of research to do! That is interesting about switching it to a manual machine, I will be investigating that option. It's such a beautiful machine, if I had the space I would just keep it as a decoration.

Switching to manual is very easy. You simply rip out the electrics, replace the balance wheel, and bolt a crank on the side. Most people do it these days because it's cheaper than rewiring. And people sell manual-conversion kits online.

Here in the US we have vacuum cleaner repair shops. Most of them also repair sewing machines. Do you have anything like that where you are?

It's been built for the US/Canadian market with 110 volts so buying from the UK isn't going to work.
