Silverplate? Mark

    Pretty sure it’s plate. Everything else in the lot was. I always maintain some hope until there’s no reason to though. Bottom of feet may show a spot of copper at highest wear point but I believe I’ve heard even silver pieces can have base metal feet. Mark is worn but hoping someone recognizes it. Most of it was of European manufacture, with one Russian piece.     There's nothing about that "mark" that says solid silver to me, although I do not recognize it as a plate mark either.

    Wow. How did you pull that one out? I was looking at the mark wrong way up. Even if I had it the right way it would be tough. I do see a Q now though. Thanks!
