Looking some guidance in these marks if anyone has come across them. They’re off a Corinthian lamp base and have never seen the 1/0 mark on silver. 645FF2EF-16E2-4F03-866E-67863C636F30.jpeg

Normally I expect the I/O mark on silver plated items made by WMF. But this lamp doesn't have a maker's mark that I recognize.

Please show an image and/or source for that attribution - John Oxley was a Sheffield silversmith, your item is silverplate, and the 'I/O' bears no resemblance to his registered mark.

As Bakergma suggested, the 'I/O' mark was used by WMF on their mid-quality silverplate - and your marks are WMF, likely intended for the British market. Don't have the time to poke around online, but might guess that your lamp is a converted candlestick, if so, one the same or with the same elements could probably be found...

You can find all your marks, the 'six-petal rosette', the 'EP' and 'NS', the 'antler', and the 'I/O', on this page:

The I/O plus the stag and star marks = it is WMF for the English market (hence ElectroPlate and NickelSilver)
