Silver plate Hallmark - need help!

    Hello,
    I got these footed shell dishes (salts??) at the estate sale few years ago, searched the internet with no luck. Looks like bursting star and pitcher with DOUB...(LE?) mark on top and letters FH. They may be French but I'm not sure. Has anyone seen this mark? IMG_8061resized.JPG IMG_8063resized.JPG

    Here they are just a bit bigger, one inverted, the other normal........just in case it helps you see anything better....
