I have a few pieces of this silver plate flatware made by Lafayette. The pattern is two initials, I think T & C, and then says "Best Flour". Does anyone know the flour company? Could these have been given away as premiums? Can't find anything like them. 59465783_324233431583165_7124120622480752640_n.jpg 59677495_447238159362383_6611837492012253184_n.jpg 69495482_459949201515293_4144320111206989824_n.jpg

Oh wow, thank you Jivvy!! Why can't I ever find things like this in my searches? Do you think they could be premiums?

I've seen lots of ads for silver plate flatware as premiums. But not this one.

Davis and Deibel shows only one pattern with the Lafayette Silver Plate stamp - this one. But no one seems to know what company actually used this name.

We still have no idea what company used "Lafayette Silver Plate" as a trade name. It certainly was not the flour company.

Sorry, totally misunderstood what you were saying.

I am crestfallen not to have solved a mystery. :p
