Silver flatware identification

Hello,
Yesterday I asked a question about an ivory figurine and in few hours I recieved a lot of kind, useful and accurate comments. With so exciting success I want to ask your help with these silver forks (country of origin, maker, date, pattern and if possible which style are they). Thank you very much in advance. This is the Saxon pattern by R W Wallace and Son, patented in 1910 (as marked)

Wallace was a US company. Length would be helpful, but probably a dinner fork.

Unfortunately you cannot tell when a specific piece or group of pieces was actually made because they did not use "date marks."

The E in a circle is not documented in the reference I have. May mean something like Extra (weight.)
