Another inherited piece, which I have had for at least 25 years. Sterling cuff, it looks familiar to me, it may have been posted previously or is it just common? I am clueless as usual. So thank you to all, I have learned tremendous amounts about some of my pieces, and for that I am so grateful. 4289428D-7AF6-47B1-8FBA-2826A0E61E12.jpeg 1387599C-6C67-434F-AEBA-C8AE3C680C1E.jpeg 18F0ED21-4AE5-478F-9177-F5A5A10E7465.jpeg 4289428D-7AF6-47B1-8FBA-2826A0E61E12.jpeg 1387599C-6C67-434F-AEBA-C8AE3C680C1E.jpeg 18F0ED21-4AE5-478F-9177-F5A5A10E7465.jpeg E39764B1-0662-4493-AF65-3E3658CC9EEF.jpeg

I see some but this is so old I can’t make them out. I know when she passed she was 99 & that was in 09, & this is one that she wore often. I will try @ get better pictures inside of the bracelet.

But do you know when she bought it? Her age doesn't necessarily make the piece terribly old. And may we see the sterling mark?

That would date it to the early 1960s or before. Did she travel in the Southwest?

I was born in 66, and when she gave me a box of her silver jewelry we were going through it together putting everything on my dining table. She was making piles when she was done, she started at one end of the table with around the time she either received or purchased it. She was methodical when she was pulling everything out, and she was sharp. I wish I wrote down what she was saying. I know she married into my family and was traveled before & during her marriage. She never had children, so I always adores & admired her jewelry even as a kid. As she got older she would come over with a box, it became a ritual for her where we would have cake & coffee & she would one by one remove everything into piles. She gave me way more so much, but the best thing she gave me was our relationship. This bracelet was in the first pile with another bracelet that her parents had given her as a child. I hope that helps. It is very heavy. I should weigh it.

It looks like it could be an older Navajo style cuff. I have never seen this style with a roadrunner though, very cute.
Maybe 1930s-1950s? But we really need @reader for this, I hope she sees this post.

Hopi overlay and stamped designs,I saw a couple similar roadrunners last night but can't find them now.

I thought the roadrunners were stamped as well.
If it is Hopi overlay, it is post WW II, because overlay was first made in a project for Hopi war veterans.
