Loth 13, hallmark IPH, Johan Jacob Prior from Elberfeld, Germany. I believe somewhere around 1770. Only thing is, I'm not sure if they are some sort of cloak clasps or something like that?

Interesting shape and monogramming within hearts. I would not have thought as old as you indicate they may be.

But I am also wondering where you came up with the maker and city. I do not see an Elberfeld city mark or maker's initials that equate to IPH. Is there a better view of what you see that can resolve this?

Oh I have researched it some time ago. For some reason it has no city hallmark but there is a producer hallmark which says IIP (my bad not IPH as I wrote above, I'm a bit distracted today). I also found few same ones on google, usually on plates and cups

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

They may be small, but there are more faded markings than we are easily seeing.....maybe better without Flash???? OR did you already see these potential marks?? NICE images, BTW!! I too thought they might be for a cloak, but if so, aren't they missing whatever would clip them on, on the backs??

I wonder what's in the "square" mark?

It says IP, the first I of IIP is very faded and is almost gone

No, those are just scratches. It's very hard to take a picture of it, i tried a few times.
Yes, I guess there were some needles or something on the back side holding the cloak in place.
I found something similar on google so I though 'oh yeah, cloak buckle'

This one is supposedly Georgian/early Victorian.

Think it would have been sewn on using the loops on the backs. Looks like cloak clasp to me too, a romantic one.

I have people see stuff on my silver in photos that isn’t actually there sometimes. Im surprised all three of these are scratches though.
