    Does anyone recognize these?
I think the blue, hand-sized vessel may be Jim Weber Ware (South Carolina, USA) as it has double circles on the base but the sig is different than any examples I found. The other piece appears to be signed B Pety or Petry.

Face Book has a great studio pottery board. I used them a lot when I was in my studio pottery phase.

The vase looks like Hal Lasky's -Puerto Rican Pottery, the pottery had several different artists and marks.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I love the first one! Have nothing else to add about the signature, though.
