Signed pottery ewer style vase, Bassay?

    this piece is 7" tall and signed on the bottom Bassay i think.
    Looks Italian in design and painting, And i haven't been able to find this signature anywhere else so far. Any ideas who made it?

    I would guess it says Bassano.

    I wonder if it's actually BASSA with 70 (for 1970?) at the end?
