Hi, I came across this small stone carving and am having trouble finding something similar, especially with the crystal placed in the center. It is signed, Leo Thunderbird, on the bottom which makes me believe it is Southwestern Native American in origin. I cannot find any record or note of a known artist of that name. It is around 3.5" long and 1.25" tall including the crystal. I would much appreciate any thoughts and information.

The snake is stone too, looks like. I think the spear/spike/spar is calcite unless it's a clear quartz.

I still cannot find one similar and the artist must not be of any not, but I do like the piece. I'm not sure how to describe it though.

Komokwa beat me to it. I would call it new age as well. That is not typical NA.
