Signature on Sterling Silver Eagle... Spanish? French?

    Hi Antiquers!
    I have a Sterling Silver Eagle Sculpture and have not been able to "decipher" the artisan's name.
    The name has accent marks over a couple letters, which might indicate it is Spanish, French, etc...
    The Eagle is, approximately, 6 inches tall and 8 inches long.
    Any help would be appreciated.
