Featured Signature on painted brooch

Please help ID the signature on this brooch. Also maybe country of origin? I think it's painted on shell.

Yes it is, on mother of pearl. It is Russian, and it is a beauty.
Maybe @Figtree3 can take a look at the signature.

 

Here is another one, it seems to be a speciality of Fedoskino, not far from Russia. Yours is nicer though, by a better painter.

I can't tell for sure about the signature. The last name appears to start with the Cyrillic letters for IZOT followed by another letter, then L (so, IZOT_L) but I am not sure. The 5th letter looks like just one stroke, as in the letter I -- but that would not be a Russian letter. And before that word I think are initial(s). But can't read that part at all.

It's likely the painter is a factory employee, not anybody we could identify. So it may not matter. But I understand the curiosity.

What an amazing little brooch and so nicely painted.
I tested myself by trying to assess it before looking at the experts replies and I decided it was Russian , yay, I am learning!

 

Thank you everyone. I do remember having a small Russian painted box a couple of years ago, and this is very similar.

I think this is Marina Izotova. Her signature.

It is the same style and detail in the landscapes.

 

I only just noticed this. I meant not far from Moscow!
And in Russia.

 

I don't see those letters at the end, but am not a native Russian speaker... just studied it for several years in college.

 

I'm sure this is her job. I know Russian and have seen many of her works.
