The first initial is likely "P" with the "PS '75" date. How big is it?
Stollom or Stollow is the best I can make of it, with a star at the end.
Unpretentious, it looks like a 1970s lithograph made by a university art student, and I'd bet they cut the mat for it too... I really do like it a whole lot!

Anyone else see what I see there? A little bit of obscene 1970s humor?

the more i look at the Stoimen Stoilov signatures the more it seems to resemble it with the Sto look at the cross of the t connecting the top of o. This work would have been early in his career.

Agree with Architrave ,definitely not Stoilov. If you look at anagram the artist first name starts with P surname S.

I'm not sure how you find what appears to be the name "C Cromwell or something like that with '80" to be in "Cyrillic" but this graphic piece was not done by the same artist as the graphic of the trees.

Hmmm, I don't get that, please enlighten me! :)
