Sig Help 1973? Abstract Print

    Hi All and TIA,

    This is an "embossing" yours is a colored embossing. Not too sure on the signature. Looking at the low edition number it could be more of a local artist but not 100 percent sure

    TY to you both. Yes it is embossed. Something about it just grabs me and I want to see if I can find anything but needed name first. One friend is sure it’s Wills but I’m not but will start there.

    Please keep any ideas coming. I’ve learned so much from you all!
