Looking some help with the mark on this small luster vase, I have seen Worcester shells similar but they are Conch shells.I know they used other marks apart from the distinctive pink one .I posted another question about a Worcester piece so this came from the same place and I got my other question answered by the fantastic people on these boards. It would help put a name to the shell, which might help find more info on the piece, if you would show top & other side.

Chinese wares of this type are called Blanc de chine. Does the mark look Asian at all? or is it letters?
If European in origin, I don't know the comparable name for Blanc de chine.
