The stamp on bottom is 103 WAL IMT. BR.

Mass produced 1930s or so . The maker is likely impossible to identify,many factories churned these out by the millions.

 

Would if I could but I'm not a furniture person. Check back in a bit. Sure someone who can be more helpful than I will stop by shortly.

The "WAL" part is to designate Walnut wood, which they do appear to be.

Are the seats leather or vinyl?
The style is 1930s/40s, but continued to be made into the 70s.

As Antidiem said wal probably indicates Walnut -
I'm wondering if :
IMT indicates imitation
BR brown.

The underside looks newer than 30s.
@verybrad for an opinion.

 

I think post-war colonial so 40s-50s.
