Sepia-Toned European Scene on Un-stretched Fabric

This is the first of several items that rolled to the top while I was looking for something else. It was in a frame, pretty contemporary an' nondescript. It's 14" X 9 3/4".
I cannot understand what it is in terms of technique; its appearance is of a photographic copy of a painting, on heavily-sized fabric (linen?) in a sepia tone. It has been rolled, then mashed flat at one time; there are 4 vertical creases visible onna back. I don't think it's giclee, based mostly on perceived age, tho' Im not very confident about that judgement.
Certainly somewhere & somewhen in Europe...beyond that I'm also completely without clue; there seem to be a few architecturally unique structures an' themes, as well as a bit of tension among the folks in various parts of the image...in anticipation of?

That language is Polish!

 

Prague, a view of Lesser Town Towers and Charles Bridge. This site points out the exact spot and gives more history of the things in this view.

The style of printing and material looks like a trimmed giclée to me. You can see cracks through the image which lacks pigment and that seems likely for a digital print as opposed to another type imo.
